The Role
You'll be involved from strategy to launch. You'll sit in positioning workshops, understand the messaging, and then design pages that actually convert – not just look good.
Wireframes → High-fidelity UI → Webflow-ready designs. You own the full design process. Our developer builds what you design – you don't need to code, but you design knowing what's possible.
You'll present your work directly to founders and marketing leads. No playing telephone through project managers.
Deep work on meaningful projects, not churning out 50 landing pages. Each project runs 8-16 weeks from kickoff to launch.
Your Toolkit
Your Team
Leads positioning and messaging. You'll work closely together to translate strategy into visual concepts.
Writes the words you'll design around. Real collaboration – not "here's the copy, make it fit."
Builds your designs in Webflow. Weekly syncs to ensure everything is feasible and pixel-perfect.
Tarik is hands-on in client strategy but trusts the team to execute. Design reviews, not micromanagement.
You'd be our second designer. Not alone, but with real ownership.
